Ubuntu 12.04 Operating System Review

Have you ever wanted to run another operating system besides Windows or Mac OS X? Then, Ubuntu 12.04 would be what you are looking for. Ubuntu 12.04 is an operating system which consists of the Unity desktop environment.  Unity is a friendly interface for people like Windows or Mac OS X. This operating system can run on most computers including laptops, desktops, netbooks and servers. You can install it on your computer by going to ubuntu.com. Then click the download button. You need to select either the desktop or server option. You will also need to select between a 32 bit or a 64 bit version. It is about a 700 MB download. Guess what? IT IS FREE. If you are a bit scared to install an operating system, I recently learned that there are computers for sale with Ubuntu 12.04 installed. You can find details on this at system76.com. The code name of this operating system is Precise Pangolin. I had to look up in a dictionary what a pangolin is. It seems a pangolin is an anteater.
